iglidur i190 has the highest wear resistance of all igus filaments and is, among other things, more wear-resistant than conventional plastics such as POM, PE, or PA. It also stands out for having the highest strength of all iglidur filaments and can withstand application temperatures of up to 90 °C when tempered. Thanks to its outstanding tribological and mechanical properties, it is ideal for demanding functional components and is the perfect alternative to machined wear parts. The filament is highly sensitive to moisture and should therefore be stored in a dry container and actively dried.
