drylin® SHT - Design and assessment

horizontal

drylin® lead screw linear units have been developed for position settings of all types. The linear setting is achieved with trapezoidal threads of different sizes or high helix lead screws that can be driven manually or by motor. The maximum travel speed is 1m/min, depending on thread and load.
Lead screw linear unit suitability for an application can be checked using the graphs below.
The following trapezoidal thread sizes are used in SHT linear systems:
 

TR 10x2: SHT-12, SHTC-12, SHTP-12, SLW-1040

TR 14x4: SLW-1660

TR 18x4: SHT-20, SHTC-20, SLW-2080

TR 24x5: SHT-30, SHTC-30

TR 26x5: SHTC-40

TR 30: SHTC-6
