The ESTM pillow block bearings are completely made from iglidur® polymer materials and have a range of different spherical ball materials to suit all applications.

iglidur® plain bearings work in breweries at extreme temperatures

A company in Germany , Kaspar Schulz Brauereimaschinenfabrik & Apparatebauanstalt KG is the world market leader for small and medium-sized breweries. It installed a jackknife that is used in brewery plants in the production of beer. The jackknife cuts slits in the brewer grains. The components used in this application must meet various requirements such as temperature resistance so iglidur® A500 bearing were chosen. These bearings are made of the FDA-compliant high-temperature material iglidur A500 are used here.
