3D printers

The ultra fast “BOSON 3D printer” is based on the Cartesian system and has a large working area of 40cm x 40cm x 40cm. Its compact design of 60cm x 60cm x 60cm and a weight of 30kg are other basic information. A variety of igus® products have been installed, such as drylin® R bearings, drylin® T rails and drylin® E spindle motors, among other things. The application of these components allows breaking a speed barrier for printers. It increases the lift capability to over 400mm/s, and the acceleration of more than 50%. With it, the printing time is lowered down to 65 % compared with standard solutions.
