The new high-end motor cables from chainflex are designed with improved core insulation for UL-Style up to 90° Celsius . Together with the voltage class of 1000V these are among the most powerful motor cables on the market.
This latest generation of chainflex motor cables for moving applications supplies electric drives with power; as in 70% of the cases for chainflex with appropriate UL certification. The higher UL temperature is currently needed more and more often, since many new plastic plug-in connectors cannot as effectively dissipate the heat that arises. That means that the cable will have to withstand higher temperatures in order to absorb the supplied heat, which this innovation now allows. With this ability, the CF34.UL.D and CF35.UL series are particularly suitable for highly demanding applications such as storage and retrieval units, processing & machine tools or also outdoor cranes.
