Lead screw linear axis for bending test device for weld seams
With igus® drive technology, it is possible to test the quality of weld seams. A drylin® SHT linear unit is used here as standard in the igus® drive technology, which enables the adjustment of a bending punch. This makes bending tests with a maximum force of up to 5,000 N conceivable. The company "Munsch plastic-Schweißtechnik GmbH" relies on a complete solution with an electric drive in the form of a geared motor.
