drylin® curved linear rails

Based on the proven drylin® W series, igus® provides curved rails that are individually designed and have carriages that have been specifically developed for different radii.
That way, innovative solutions for applications with limited installation space are developed, e.g. in operating ergonomics, stage technology or in driver's cabins of utility vehicles, where monitors and control systems are designed in a radius to ensure safe and easy accessibility.

  • Lubrication-free drylin® W carriage for curved rails
  • Variable profile directions (convex, concave, curved bending)
  • Torque-resistant alternative to curved tube profiles
  • Bending option depending on the radius, rail length, bearing/carriage and mounting
  • Customised project service (radii, rail profiles, coating)
