igus® 3D printing filaments are a low-friction, wear-resistant alternative to POM, available in 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameters. Offering the same wear properties as POM with easier processing, the range spans easy-to-print, high-strength materials through to food-safe and high-temperature filaments, with operating temperatures from -100°C to +180°C. 3D filaments are available for Bambu Lab, Prusa and Ultimaker 3D printers, with recommended print settings for each material. Our 3D print filaments are commonly used to manufacture moving parts such as gears, bearings, and sliders, and suited to any application requiring low-friction and wear-resistance without external lubrication.
Custom 3D printed parts are also available through our igus® 3D printing service, from prototypes to small batches.
