In particular, low coefficients of friction and wear were to be achieved in dry operation. Components made of iglidur® R are specifically supported by a combination of solid lubricants. The PTFE-free and silicone-free material achieves outstandingly low coefficients of friction in dry operation and runs largely stick-slip-free.
