igubal KSTM GT – easy installation and high performance
The igubal KSTM GT pillow block bearing of the K dimensional series stands out due to its split housing, which is manufactured from RN33. This material is characterised by high dimensional stability and surface quality and is suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +120°C, whereby it can withstand short-term exposure up to +180°C. The division into two housing halves makes installation considerably easier, as no unnecessary threading of heavy shafts is required. For shaft diameters of 40 and 50mm, there is also an option with a split spherical ball.
The spherical balls are made of iglidur J, which is characterised by high wear resistance and low moisture absorption. This material contains solid lubricants that permanently replace external lubricants and make the bearing maintenance-free. This offers both economic and ecological benefits.
The KSTM GT pillow block bearing allows for simple on-site assembly and is designed for high static loads. It is fastened using M12 screws, which ensures a secure and strong installation. Despite its high load capacity, the bearing is characterised by its compact build chamber and light weight, making it ideal for compact and lightweight applications. The high stiffness and durability ensure long-term and reliable performance.
