The motor connection features a JST connector, which extends 300 mm from the rear part of the motor housing. The advantage of this connector type is that it is more cost‑effective compared to a metric connector. Spindle motors can be installed or purchased as individual components. When combined, the spindles are additionally bonded to the motor using Loctite 648. After 24 hours, the curing process is complete.
