HSQ | Lift/swivel unit | with stranded wire or encoder motors The drylin lift/swivel unit is based on a rack and pinion drive with a coated aluminium square profile and a low friction element with integrated teeth to hold the toothed belt. The mounting of the two directions of movement is done with bearing elements made of iglidur high-performance polymers and is completely lubrication and maintenance-free. The combination of polymer and aluminium ensures an extremely easy assembly and can be configured ready to install with a drylin E stepper motor.

Each axis can be separately operated with one control system. For example, with our igus D1 dryve motor control system. With this control architecture, you need one motor control system per linear axis or motor and an additional master control system, which controls the coordination of the movement. The motor control systems are not a component of the part and can be ordered from us as an option. Master control system is currently not offered by igus.
