Easy assembly and disassembly possible - an injection-moulded part, so little assembly work. No load-bearing elements (e.g. steel cables, spring balancers, etc.) necessary along the tensile force.
High stability - through external stop-dogs, clear stop-dogs for radius and torsion
triflex® R set - compact universal module for all movements on the robot, is mounted on the existing fastening points.
Set-up times are minimised thanks to the simplest connection and intelligent accessories for your machine/robot.

When do I use the TRC series:

• If a secure energy supply is required for multi-axis movements
• If high torsion resistance is required
• If the system needs to be easy to lengthen and shorten
• When a small bend radius is needed
• When high tensile strength is important
• When a smooth, robust outer contour to prevent snagging is important

When NOT to use the TRC series:

• For circular movements with high loads
   A twisterchain® works better
• When an easy-to-fill variant is needed
   The triflex® R TRE works better
• When a lower-cost, less sophisticated 3D solution is needed
