Plastic rollers made from our tribologically optimised iglidur plastics are ideally suited to the diverse requirements of industry. The service life of the various materials is extended by the solid lubricants inside the material, without the need for additional lubricating oil. They are also robust and virtually maintenance-free. Our plastic rollers are divided into guide rollers, knife edge rollers for conveyor belts, track rollers, bandages – also known as plastic coatings – and pulleys. Our plastic rollers are thoroughly tested and are up to six times more durable than plastic variants. This reduces machine downtime and maintenance costs.
