Customised tribo-part production at a glance

In three steps to a customised component, whether prototype or high volume production:
  1. Upload a CAD model
  2. Compare all materials and manufacturing processes directly on one page
  3. Select the best solution and enquire or order online

Simply upload a CAD model of your customised component and you will immediately see the price and delivery time for all suitable manufacturing processes on just one page. This increases clarity and saves time. Calculate the expected service life of your component in your application to find the most suitable solution. You can then order directly online or request a quote.

Additional service:

We also analyse your uploaded component for similarity to igus products. If there is a match, you can switch to the appropriate online shop to select a suitable standard solution instead of the customised solution
