Series R158

Series R158, tube snap-open along outer radius from both sides

8. Strain relief separator - Separator with integrated strain relief tiewrap plates for use on the first or last chain link

R158 Series is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: unsupported applications ≤ 2,25 m
Rotary: rotating applications may be possible, please contact us

When to use Series R158 "E2 tubes"

If a chip-resistant e-tube with 40 mm inner height is required
If an inner width up to 200 mm is required
For unsupported lengths up to 2,25 m and fill weights up to 8,0 kg/m
If an affordable e-tube is required that is openable from the inside or outside
If front attachment is required
For small bend radii

When not to use Series R158 "E2 tubes"

Extremely chip proof e-tubes
System RX, Series RX32
If a particularly quiet run is required through a small pitch
Type series R, Series R58
When opening on both sides is required
System E4.1, Series R4.32

Standard division with separator 1586.01 Asymmetric separator 1586.01.A for side-mounted applications
Strain relief separator 1586.01.Z, can be integrated into the mounting bracket, can be placed anywhere.
Can also be combined with full-width shelf 221.X and shelf 2210.X
