Series R6.52 - tube, lid can be removed on both sides

9. KMA mounting brackets with option to fasten from any side
10. Optionally with or without integrated C-profile

Inner width Bi: 40 to 300 mm
Bending radii R: 75 up to 250
Pitch: 30 mm per link = 34 links/m

R6.52 Series is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications ≤ 50 m, standing applications ≤ 2 m
Horizontal: Unsupported applications ≤ 3 m, gliding applications are possible under special circumstances, please contact us
Rotary: Rotating applications possible, please contact us.

When to use Series R6.52:

When an extremely quiet, low vibration e-chain® with an inner height 52 mm is required.
For very high speed and/or acceleration
Inner width up to 300 mm
For unsupported lengths up to 3,0 m and fill weights up to 15 kg/m
For high push pull forces
For small bend radii
For minimal abrasion, e.g. clean room

When not to use Series R6.52

With only limited suitability in side-mounted applications

For reverse bend radius RBR

Option 1 – Separators Separators can be placed anywhere in the chain's cross-section to divide the interior of the e-chain – As standard, separators are fitted every 2nd chain link!
Indentations in the separator show the "clamping" side of the separator. On this side, the separator is securely locked in the tube lid or base
