igus® offers a wide range of rollers designed for smooth, maintenance-free motion in industrial and conveyor applications. Our portfolio includes knife-edge rollers for tight belt deflection, guide rollers in L-, U-, and V-profiles for linear guidance, and conveyor rollers with ball bearings in aluminium, stainless steel, PVC, or carbon fibre tubes. Additionally, we provides drylin® roller guides for lubrication-free linear systems and a variety of plastic rollers such as track rollers, pulleys, and bandages. All rollers are made from high-performance iglidur® polymers, offering self-lubrication, corrosion resistance, FDA-compliant options, and custom configurations for temperature, load, and hygiene requirements.
