Encoder cables, otherwise known as measuring system cables, are required to transmit signals between position sensors of servo motors and their control systems in industrial plant and machines. There are a range of options for flexing, twisting, and heavy-duty applications. The measuring system cables have various approvals and are available for systems of virtually all renowned manufacturers such as B&R, Baumüller, Heidenhain, Lenze or Siemens. Depending on the type, they are flame-retardant, coolant-resistant and oil-resistant, cold-flexible or twistable.
