e-skin® flat

e-skin® flat and CFCLEAN - together they revolutionise your overall system efficiency, generate higher production line yields, are modular and conserve resources.

The benefits
The main advantage of e-skin® flat is its modularity and easy maintenance. Unlike commercially available solutions with clearly defined flat cables in which stranding elements are welded, the e-skin® flat energy supply system offers chamber systems that can be opened. It is now possible to add or replace flexible chainflex® CFCLEAN stranding elements - with or without connectors -, e-skin® flat with support chains, hoses etc. in just a few minutes.

Energy chain series E6.1

With the E6.1, a new generation enters the cleanroom. The considerably simplified handling, improved accessibility to the interior and reduced weight make installation much easier. Our E6.1 naturally comes with our highly flexible cables, which are ideal for cleanroom applications thanks to their abrasion-resistant outer jacket.

Cable for use in dry cleanroom

A dry cleanroom is a specially controlled environment in which extremely low humidity and a high level of particle-free air prevail. A classic example of a dry cleanroom is battery production.

The so-called IPA certificates from the Fraunhofer Institute are an important standard for the cable used here.

All halogen-free chainflex cable with a TPE outer jacket fulfil the requirements of ISO class 4 and 5 and impress with minimal particle abrasion, efficiency and safety.
