Linear actuator with toothed belt drive

manus® 2005

"The drawbacks of the LCB linear actuator are balanced out by the drylin® WQ guide systems: lower moving dead mass (sliding shoes and slim runner plate), dry running (does not attract any dirt with clean operation), maintenance-free even in a harsh environment, no additional protection or scrapers necessary, wide guide base directly adjacent to the load, high degree of rigidity and extremely robust against overloading, high speeds up to 8 m/s, unlimited acceleration, simple, cost-effective guide system made of few parts unified with the support profile. Furthermore, the slideway liners can be replaced easily by the user when the wear limit has been reached. Last but not least, the actuator has a high level of resistance to chemicals and corrosion. ”
