Would you like to know how quickly we can deliver the products you require? In the online shop, we indicate the time in which each product can be shipped. If you are in an even greater hurry, get in touch with your contact people and they will work with you to find a solution.
Tip: for individual and quickly manufactured components, try out our 3D printing service. Simply upload a 3D model, select manufacturing process and material and order the component directly or request an offer. Includes service life calculation and feasibility check. Made of proven wear-resistant plastics.
One source makes us fast!
At igus®, everything comes from a one source. From bearing technology to cables and energy supply systems, we manufacture our products ourselves. We also assemble products at our headquarters in Cologne and, depending on the product category, in branch offices. That is why cables harnessed with connectors, or energy chains equipped with cables can arrive on site in no time. We started expanding our capacities at our main production site in Cologne at an early stage to be able to deliver plain and linear bearings, energy chains and highly flexible cables sold by the metre at any time.

Our leadtimes
We are very lucky to hold a large range of stock in the UK. This allows us to deliver standard catalogue parts in a few days.
We can build some linear systems here within a week, some readychain assemblies as well as machine custom parts too.
If we don't have it in stock in the UK, it takes us approx 8 working days to get standard stock in from Germany ( subject to availability in Germany at the time of order placement) and worst case, to manufacture the stock you are normally looking at 4-6 weeks.
