igus announces brand new C roller guide and linear actuators

drylin® C: adaptable, quiet and maintenance-free

The brand new drylin® C roller guide is engineered for applications where smooth and reliable motion is essential. It is ideal for environments such as train interiors and other consumer systems, using high-performance polymer rollers that ensure quiet operation, excellent shock resistance and a robust performance.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the system can be curved to almost any radius, enabling use in looped or unconventional installations. It supports loads from 30kg to 80kg depending on orientation, while the carriage plate can be manually adjusted for easy alignment and customisation.

Accessibility and everyday applications

The new drylin® ZLX and SLX linear actuator range has also been developed to improve accessibility across a variety of everyday environments. Typical applications include modern airport security checkpoints, where camera systems must adjust to eye level, as well as medical and ergonomic height-adjustable equipment. These systems are built for quiet, long-term operation, making them ideal for public spaces where maintenance must be kept to a minimum.
