e-tract is a solution for automatically rewinding a cable. This avoids hazards and cable damage caused by improper rewinding or cables lying in the way. The e-tract is used in applications where a mobile end device is connected to a cable, and was previously reeled up by hand. Thanks to multiple deflections, long extension lengths are possible in a small installation space. A slip ring has become unnecessary.

Significantly leaner and more compact
The next evolutionary step for e-tract, the solution for automatically rewinding a cable, is ideal for charging stations for electric cars. The new version is now even leaner and more compact, offering a better ratio of extension to total cable length in the system. A wallbox (11kW) is integrated into the system.

Technical improvements in the e-tract 2.1

Significantly less space required thanks to new technology. The new roller cages make the e-tract 2.1 approx. 25% smaller than its predecessor.

Reduction in the required cable length and installation space with the same extension length
Openable crossbars prevent the cable from slipping off or getting tangled and allow for quick and easy insertion and replacement of the charging cable
