Openable over 210°

You can open the energy chain quickly and easily with the crossbars openable from both sides. The crossbars, which can be pivoted through 210°, remain firmly locked in place when closed.

High holding force of the crossbars

Even after simple closing, the extender crossbars guarantee a secure fit in the energy chain. The extender crossbars withstand the highest load and prevent unintentional opening of the energy chain during operation.

Opened in seconds

Open and close longer chain sections in one go. This tool minimises the throughput times of your assembly and harnessing line.

Long travels up to 150m

The cost-effective E2/000 e-chains are suitable for long travels of up to 150m, even for outdoor applications. Straight and safe running is guaranteed by a guide trough from the large igus product range. The optional use of rollers reduces the sliding coefficient.

Modular and combinable

The E2/000 can be supplied as a single energy tube or as an energy tube closed from both sides. The inner radius is openable to the left or right as required.

Openable extender crossbar

The use of extender crossbars greatly increases the interior space of the energy chain, so that even large extraction hoses can be guided safely. Existing systems can also be extended easily, cost-effectively and in a space-saving manner.

Smooth, cable-friendly inner contour and rounded crossbars ensure a long service life for the cable and hose. The interaction of the tribo-optimised plastic of the crossbars with the jacket material of the cable used results in the best pairing in the service life of cables in tests.
