iglidur® polymer plain bearings can be used in automatic guided vehicle scissor lifts. The solid lubricants they contain make additional lubrication unnecessary. This reduces the maintenance effort required. 

Lifting unit can be adjusted easily

dryspin® lead screws make adjusting lifting units on automatic guided vehicles very easy and quiet. The options available include various lead screw materials and lead screw nuts made of high-performance polymers.

Providing torsional rigidity and modularity

iglidur® PRT slewing ring bearings are used in automatic guided vehicle rotary units. They ensure modularity and torsional rigidity. They are also maintenance-free, compact, and lightweight.

Small energy chains and chainflex® cables for very tight bend radii can fit in compact automatic guided vehicles. Because our cables are thoroughly tested in our in-house laboratory, we give them an up to 36-month guarantee.

The iglidur® J material has extremely low coefficients of friction in dry operation. Lubrication-free, maintenance-free bearing points can therefore be implemented in AGVs, allowing a long service life and efficient operation.

iglidur® Z-series polymer plain bearings are used in the control arms of Etisoft Smart Solutions guided vehicles. Unlike conventional roller bearings, they fit into the tight installation space, are easily mounted, and ensure that the weight of the robot and its load are evenly distributed.
