Bike rides on the igus® plastic bike

Take a ride on one of our fully plastic bikes made out recycled plastics

Not only do we have a few on display in the office, showcasing the technicality of materials used, we also sell the components which we can discuss while you are here.

If you fancy taking a ride, stick a helmet on and off you go!

Support & advice

Dean Aylott, one of the sales managers giving some technical advice along the sales street.

We have at least 1 engineer/ product manager for each of our sides of the business to help explain about the products, their technical properties and how they can be used in applications.

Throughout the tour, we have colleagues on hand to answer any questions or to explain products in more detail.

Our "sample street"

Take a walk along the sample street.

2 displays highlighting a large range of our products. There is an engineer for both product groups on hand to help with questions, technical advice and support.

We have further displays dotted throughout the office highlighting and showcasing different industries such as: medical. PTFE-free, Heavy Duty, FDA as well as our low cost automation platform RBTX

iguverse

Enter the igus® metaverse. We have created a virtual reality to showcase industries and applications that perhaps wouldn't be accessible on your standard every day.

Examples such as: climbing up an oil rig, placing your head into a car seat to see how the mechanisms work and picking up a bicycle with one hand.

Customers have the option of purchasing a "room/ space" to showcase applications to potential customers. This can save money, space and time.

All you need is a headset!

Low cost automation test area

Our Low cost automation showroom doubles up as a test area where we can test customer applications as well as trial new ideas and innovations. On the tour, you will visit the test area and see various robots up and running, showcasing some of LCA robotics.
