When do I use this material?

  • If the wear resistance of iglidur J rotating or pivoting is to be further optimised
  • When very low coefficients of friction are required in dry operation
  • When high wear resistance at low load is required
  • When low moisture absorption is required
  • When good media resistance is required

When do I use a different material?

  • If you are looking for a wear-resistant plain bearing for linear strokes -> iglidur J
  • When temperatures continuously higher than +90°C occur -> iglidur J260
  • When radial surface pressures greater than 45MPa occur -> iglidur W300
