Guarantee on igus products for up to 4 years

The warranty is valid for the number of double strokes or service life hours calculated by igus® using the online service life calculator.

Up to a maximum of 4 years from the date of delivery, whichever occurs first and is subject to presentation of the warranty certificate.

The guarantee applies only to failures of igus components caused by wear and tear.

igus® will replace faulty parts free of charge under the warranty.

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or damage resulting from incorrect assembly.

The guarantee is not extended by a replacement delivery. A replacement does not initiate a new warranty period.

The guarantee starts when the goods have been handed over.

The guarantee does not apply in cases of external influences that damage the item or affect it in unintended ways.

The guarantee does not include monetary reimbursement—only replacement of damaged components is offered.

igus GmbH reserves the sole right to determine the validity and extent of any guarantee claim.

A double stroke refers to one complete cycle of linear movement: a forward stroke followed by a return stroke.

The guarantee applies only if the products are stored correctly and in typical industrial conditions before being put into use.
