In 2017, we presented the e-chain dispenser, a complete solution for a semi-automated shore power supply. This was a project-specific special solution that had to be (at least partially) redesigned for each new application in the harbour.
Based on this idea and the experience we have gained from numerous projects in the field of shore power supply, we have redesigned the e-dispenser. The aim is to supply modular energy supply solutions for various shore power applications for medium and low voltage. The e-dispenser module can be used variably in combination with various systems (e.g. cranes, structures, mobile transfer systems).

The e-dispenser is the conveyor unit for the TRHD.142.300.0, which can be integrated into various customer structures as well as into igus' own dispenser solutions. With the e-dispenser, the TRHD.142 including charging connector can be safely lowered onto the vehicle to be charged - whether on land or water. More than twice the breaking strength with the TRHD.142.300.0 compared to the next smaller 125 size.

Conveyor unit with triflex R energy chain, chainflex cable, connector, junction box, harnessing - all tested and with a 4-year guarantee.
We offer a standard energy supply unit that is developed and designed as a complete solution, customised to the situation on site and the respective customer requirements.
Also for other industrial sectors, such as e.g. mechanical engineering, robotics and welding applications, the e-dispenser module is an interesting energy supply solution. In all cases, users benefit from standardised - and therefore proven and cost-effective - energy supply components.
