The proven vibration-damping endurance runner, without PTFE
Our iglidur® R threaded nut material does not require PTFE. The material is safe, durable, predictable and vibration-damping. What's more:
- Wear-resistant and versatile, without PTFE
- cost-effective alternative to our all-rounder iglidur® J
- Up to 25 % less wear compared to POM+PTFE (dimension 10X3)
- Environmentally friendly due to the absence of external lubricants
- Service life of the screw drives can be calculatedonline
Our other standard materials J, J200, E7, J350 and W300 have been tested for the approx. 100 most important PFAS compounds according to test method SQP M1227 (LC-MS/MS and GC-MS) / SOP M1227 (LC-MS/MS and GC-MS) and approved as "PFAS-free" material.
