3 iglidur® plain bearing
iglidur® plain bearings are a maintenance-free and cost-effective alternative to metal plain bearings. Thanks to the solid lubricants contained in the plastic material, they require no additional lubrication. The box contains flanged bushings made of four materials:
4 plastic-energy chain
Our energy chains made of high-performance plastic ensure safe cable routing in your application. They are robust, lightweight , quiet and designed to be easy to open and install. We offer a wide range of variants that are customised to the respective application parameters, for example with regard to the direction of movement, load capacity, installation space or special environmental conditions such as high temperature, contact with water and chemicals, etc.
The sample box contains our cleanroom-compatible e-chain® from the E6 series in white:
- Extremely quiet, low-vibration operation
- Long service life thanks to minimal vibrations and high tensile strength
- Suitable for high speeds and accelerations
- Very wear-resistant thanks to connectors that replace bolts and holes
6 xiros
deep groove ball bearings Unlike metal ball bearings, xiros plastic ball bearings do not require external lubrication. They are quiet, cost-effective and resistant to corrosion. We offer various materials that cover a wide range of applications, including materials with high resistance to high temperatures and chemicals as well as ESD and FDA materials.
The sample box contains our cost-effective all-rounder xirodur® B180 with stainless steel balls:
- Suitable for operating temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C
- High wear resistance
- Good chemical resistance
- FDA-compliant
7 igubal® Spherical plain bearings
igubal® spherical plain bearings compensate for misalignment and avoid edge pressure. They are lubrication-free, resistant to corrosion and chemicals and lighter than metal versions. Their dry operation eliminates costs for lubricants and the associated maintenance work. We have a wide range of designs in our programme, including pedestal and flange bearings, rod ends, coupling rods and clevis joint combinations.
The sample box contains anigubal ® ESTM-pillow block bearing:
- dimensional series: E, based on DIN ISO 12240
- housing made of particularly impact-resistant, long fibre-reinforced igumid® G material
- spherical ball made of very wear-resistant iglidur® W300 material
- Long-term suitable for temperatures from -30 °C to +80 °C
