Micro flizz® – small size

New: Pre-assembled, super compact power supply module

The Micro flizz® System – the compact, maintenance-free alternative to bus bars, now comes in an even smaller size, based on customer feedback.

Compact system for safe, quiet guiding of power, data and air

Can be controlled from a stationary control panel

Allows for acceleration up to 50 m/s2, speed up to 6 m/s

Fast installation through pre-assembled, modules

Requires less space

Smooth motion through ball bearing carriage

Available with ATEX proof e-chain® (upon request)

Power supply for the contact bar on cold storage doors, has been in operation for over one year.
Before: Lower run moves, friction calls for large, strong e-chains®.
Now: Micro flizz®. Small size e-chains® guided inside a specially designed guide trough. Friction reduced by a factor of 3, compared with regular designs.
Separated upper and lower run: winglets (A) fold in as chain runs trough the radius. e-chain® glides easily.
In the extended position, the winglets fold out and safely hold the upper run in the aluminium groove (B).
