Definition of Ball Joints

Ball joints also known as axial joints allow mechanical applications to rotate and pivote smoothly. The function of the ball joint is to allow rotation without vibration, noise and wear. Plastic ball joints are favourable in many applications as they do not corrode or require maintenance such as other standard material axis joints.
