Returning an item should be an easy process. At igus® we want the process to be straightforward and as uncomplicated as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase or no longer require the item, please read the points below on how to organise a return.
Contact needs to be made within 30 days from delivery.

What do I do if I have a non conformance?
If you have a non-conformance regarding your order, please contact us within 5 working days from receipt of delivery. Replacement(s), re-work or credit will be issued depending on the nature of the reported problem and mutual agreement.
Do igus® charge a handling fee?
A handling charge may be applied, subject to case review. The handling charge will be agreed prior to an RMA being issued.
